Good Hope store owners robbed by bandits

The police say they are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at about 6.45 last evening during which Petam Parasram, 32 years, of Good Hope, ECD, and his wife Jenita Parasram were attacked and robbed by two men, one of whom was armed with a handgun.

Investigations revealed, according to the police that the two victims were in their grocery store when the men entered and held them at gunpoint. They then took away their jewellery, $100,000, a number of cell phone cards, and a cell phone and escaped.
