The company has mined more than 9,000 kilograms of gold (290.000 troy ounces) in the first quarter of this year, as much as in 2004, its first production year. Rosebel Gold Mines LLC (RGM) is among the 8 biggest mines. If this pace is kept up, the company will reach a record production of more than 1 million troy ounces.
