(De Ware Tijd) NIEUW NICKERIE — State Oil Suriname expects good results from the drills that will take place in Nickerie this week. According to Shahid Chandoe, project-leader of the Nickerie Exploration, it is not until after 2 weeks that the company can tell about the results that will be booked. In 2008 and 2009, the company had ordered exploration activities I the entire young coastal area of Suriname to find out what the under soil layer contains. The drilling company that will execute the drilling activities is from Trinidad.
