Jamaica swim coach charged with robbery

(Jamaica Gleaner) Jamaican swim coach Nathan Brown has been charged in connection with Saturday’s robbery of Empire Supermarket in Cross Roads, St. Andrew.

The 46-year-old, who is from Kingston, has been charged with robbery with aggravation and illegal possession of firearm.

The police allege that Brown stole $2.68 million.

However, they said only $2.62 million was recovered. The Half Way Tree Police are continuing their investigations.
