Ghai is scheduled to deliver a public lecture entitled ‘The Role of the Constitution in Building an Inclusive Future’ at the Demerara Life Conference Room on Friday, March 25 at 5.30 pm.

The ‘Facing the Future’ initiative is concerned over the migration of ambitious and competent persons who are not convinced that Guyana can offer them a rewarding future. After three meetings, involving more than 50 civic organisations, an open space methodology identified the country’s political system as the main cause of migration.

The visiting team will aim to identify common factors Guyana shares with other states and those which appear unique to the current situation here.

Persons are advised that access to the Public Lecture in the Demerara Life Conference Room is through the parking lot, on the corner of Robb and Avenue of the Republic.
