Rain damage in St Lucia

The Caribbean Media Corporation is reporting that  heavy rain in the last five days has caused severe damage in St Lucia.

CMC says there has been no report of deaths so far. Barbados and St Vincent and the Grenadines have also reported heavy rainfall.

Director of Meteorological Services Thomas Auguste told CMC that the weather pattern is not only unusual but it is the highest recorded for the month of April in many years.
