The police are investigating the murder of Wendell Freso called `Country’, 35 years of Yarrow Dam, Ruimveldt, which occurred at about 0400h today at Alexander Street, Lacytown, Georgetown.
Police say that initial investigations have revealed that Freso was involved in an argument with another man over a sum of money, during which he was stabbed to his chest and abdomen.
The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
