The Alliance For Change today said it will participate in the NCN organised
debate on the former presidents benefits Act scheduled for tomorrow, September 2, 2012. The debates are usually broadcast at 7 pm.
The Act has been highly controversial because of what are seen as lavish and unaffordable benefits in it.
