At about 1700h yesterday, police say that Deon Fernandes, 28 years of Mabaruma, NWD, was driving an ATV at Baramita, NWD, when he lost control of the vehicle which turned over several times. He suffered injuries and was air-dashed to Georgetown where he was pronounced DOA at the GPHC.
Investigations are in progress.
