At about 1630h yesterday, police say that the driver of a mini-bus at First Creek, Kuru Kururu, Soesdyke/Linden Highway, allegedly reversed the vehicle and struck down Hilary Reeves, 61 years, of Kuru Kururu.
Police say that the driver went away after taking Reeves to his home, where he subsequently succumbed.
The police have detained the motor vehicle and arrested two men who are in police custody assisting with the investigations.
