Part of the large contingent of police that turned up at the Middle Street siege yesterday.
Verandahs and roofs were crowded with persons trying to find the best vantage point during the siege on Middle Street yesterday. These persons were apparently oblivious to the dangers they faced. A large crowd had also gathered on the road.
