The Guyana Police Force(GPF) has issued a wanted bulletin for Satish Neil Ramcharitar, who is wanted by the police for questioning in relation to the murder of Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara electrician Jagdeo Thakurdeen.
Ramcharitar, 26, is a taxi driver whose last known address is Mon Repos.
Thakurdeen died of head injuries on Sunday night after he jumped onto the bonnet
of the car Ramcharitar was driving, in a bid to retrieve a stolen car mirror.
He jumped on the vehicle in an attempt to stop the car but the driver continued to drive.
Thakurdeen’s body was found later that night along the Good Hope railway embankment.
His relatives have since said that they believed he was beaten to death, while an autopsy found that he died as a result of head injuries.
