Courts Guyana Inc. donated over $500,000 to the Guyana Fire Service for fire prevention week observances in Berbice, Anna Regina and Bartica. A release from Courts said that the Berbice Fire Service will receive $193,000, Anna Regina $171,000 and Bartica $140,000. The presentation was made at the fire service headquarters on Water Street. At right receiving the cheque is fire prevention officer Gregory Wickham.
