The Region Five regional democratic council held a phagwah celebration yesterday.
Residents across Region 5 were entertained with singing, dancing
and other cultural items at a Phagwah celebration by members of the
Blairmont, Shieldstown, Woodley Park, Bath, Bush Lot and Novar mandirs.
