At about 2000h. last night, the police say that Vishaul Sooklall, 24 years, of Unity Street, La Grange, WBD, was in a yard at Unity Street when he was held up by two men, one of whom was armed with a handgun.
Sooklall was shot and injured to his right hand during the robbery and the perpetrators took away $15, 000 and escaped.
Sooklall has been admitted to hospital as the investigations continue, police say.
