Investigations are being conducted into an incident that occurred about 0145h. today at Half Mile, Wismar, in which Simone Belle, 41 years, of Half Mile, Wismar, and Sherwin Hughes, 41 years, of Blueberry Hill, Wismar, were shot and injured and have been admitted to hospital.
Investigations so far have revealed that Belle had just arrived home in a vehicle driven by Hughes, when shots were discharged at them in the vehicle by a man who is reported to have shared a relationship with Belle and which was ended several months ago.
The suspect has not yet been arrested.
