Region Three youths march against drugs: Youths of Region 3 in partnership with the Guyana Police Force, the Ministry of Public Health and the National Amerindian Development Foundation (NADF) on Saturday held a rally and march against drugs on Fort Island in the Essequibo River.
A release from the NADF said that under the theme “Give yourself a chance to grow, say no to drugs” the robust marchers made their intentions known against drug use.
Police Commander of Region 3, Leslie James in his presentation pointed to the negative affects drug use can have on youths.
