This is to correct an erroneous report in the press about the leadership of the Justice for All Party (JFAP).
The JFAP is one of the six parties of A Partnership for National Unity (APNU).
I wish to emphasize that Mr. Chandranarine Sharma is the leader of the Justice For All Party.
Having been through a long illness, Mr. CN Sharma is now in better health and is able to carry out his duties as the Leader of the JFAP.
The General Secretary of the party is Mrs. Savitree Singh Sharma.
Mr. CN Sharma has his own views of the politics in Guyana, which would normally be heard on his Programme – “The Voice of the People”
Mr. CN Sharma, as the owner of CNS TV 6 and the Leader of the JFAP, reiterates that he has always stood for unity of the Nation and for the rights of the people.
Mr. Jeffrey Sankies remains the Prime Ministerial Candidate and Junior Minister of Finance, Hon. Jaipaul Sharma, is an Executive Member of the JFAP.
