One of two new theatre beds expected to upgrade delivery care at the New Amsterdam Regional Hospital, which recently received $9 million in new additions that were purchased by the Regional Health Services through the Regional Democratic Council Finance Department. The Department of Public Information (DPI) said last evening that the apart from the beds the hospital also received two delivery beds and an anaesthetic machine.
