The Guyana Tourism Authority (GTA) is seeking a mystery shopper.
In an advertisement in Tuesday’s Stabroek News, the GTA said the mystery shopper will be responsible for determining the quality of customer service and the accommodation environment “while posing as an ordinary customer”.
The GTA added that the mystery shopper “should be able to masquerade as a regular customer”.
Among the scope of works, the GTA said that the mystery shopper will travel to assigned tourism and hospital places. The shopper has to have tertiary level elevation.
The deadline for the submission of the required interest is April 18.
