The police today said that on the 13th July 2022 at about 20:35 hrs a team of investigators was  dispatched to an area in the Kuru Kururu Backdam  where skeletal remains believed to be of Answar Stoll were recovered.

It is suspected that Stoll, called ‘Red Man,’ 46, of Dadrima Savannah, Kuru Kururu, Linden/Soesdyke Highway, was murdered sometime between November 15 and November 16, 2020 at his home.

The police said that the bones were found scattered in an area with diameter of about 30 feet and showed evidence of being there for quite some time.

Several of the bones were found intertwined in the roots of small plants which suggest they were there for quite some time.

The police say that the skeletal remains will be sent  overseas for DNA testing at the earliest possible opportunity.

Leon Waddel, the man who is accused of killing Stoll was arrested by the police last March.
