The King’s Hotel and Residences under construction at the corner of Waterloo and Quamina streets, Georgetown is expected to be opened by December 2024. The nine-storey luxury hotel will feature 25 one-bedroom suites with kitchen and living room; 40 deluxe rooms and the Bistro Sky Bar and Steakhouse, according to a release from the Office of the President.
