Cricket administrators in the City have once again placed confidence in the leadership of former Guyana and West Indies all-rounder Roger Harper, electing him to head the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) for his fifth consecutive term on Tuesday evening at the Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and election of office-bearers at the Muslim Youth Organization (MYO) pavilion.

DCC hammer Eco Champs in U19 season opener 

Reigning Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) U19 champions, Demerara Cricket Club (DCC), began the 2019 season with a clinical 10-wicket win over Eco Champs in the Noble House Seafoods Next Generation U19 100 balls competition at DCC Saturday.
