Sophia Training Centre youth profit from Cuso training

Nineteen students of the Sophia Training Centre on Tuesday graduated from catering and entrepreneurship programmes, the initiative being part of Cuso International’s move to reintroduce the 4-H club to Guyana.

Four charged with murdering Number 70 carpenter

Four men were yesterday charged with the murder of carpenter Faiyaz Narinedatt, while two women, including the mother of alleged mastermind Marcus Brian Bisram, were charged with offering a $4M bribe to the investigating police officer to not pursue the case.
