Exxon says new Liza Unity compressor performing optimally

In addition to the announcement that the problematic compressor from the Liza Unity FPSO has been replaced and that the new one is functioning optimally at production of  140,000 barrels per day, ExxonMobil also stated that it has paid over US$10 million in fines to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a penalty for flaring of climate harming gases.

GAWU signs cooperation memo with T&T oil workers union

BV NDC seeking to ensure 143 acres of land not at risk

Following correspondence from an entity which claimed that it had been authorized to take over all rights from John Fernandes Limited (JFL) regarding a collapsed $35m deal for 143 acres of land, the Beterverwagting/Triumph NDC last week wrote to JFL seeking a meeting to thrash out the issue.
