ISAAC’s end in controversial tie

After an exhilarating final day of competition athletes and fans were disappointed when officials announced that the 2012 Inter Services Annual Athletic Championship had ended in a tie between the Guyana Police Force (GPF) and the Guyana Defence Force (GDF).
