A middle-aged resident of Georgetown was robbed of his jewellery on Tuesday night while standing in front of a nightspot on Sheriff Street.
Haripaul Boodhu, 54, of Lot 8 Barrack Street, Kingston according to a police press release was standing in front of a nightspot on Sheriff Street around 10 pm when three men, one of whom was armed with a handgun, confronted him.
The men took two gold chains, a gold band and a cell phone from Boodhu and made good their escape. Investigations are ongoing however the police have not yet arrested any of the suspects.
