I would like to congratulate NCN producers and technical team for a job well done in covering the Mashramani celebration and the Rio summit opening.
The NCN technical crew was on the ball at the opening ceremony, the colour and quality of all the cameras was good and for the first time there was almost no audio trouble from a live outdoor production.
I hope that NCN management see what a talented team they have working for them, in other countries technical crews and producers are well paid to cover live events.
NCN is not far behind international standards, employees deserve some sort of bonus when they work so hard to pull off these live events. Trust me, I know how many sleepless nights producers and technical crew endure.
Finally I recommend NCN acquire a small enclosed canter truck with enough room and space to house a transmitter and mixing console to do outdoor live events.
