Closing dates for overseas and local mail

The Guyana Post Office Corporation (GPOC) has announced the closing dates for the posting of local and overseas mail intended for delivery in time for Christmas.

According to a GPOC release, the closing dates are:

Overseas – December 12th 2007

Local – December 19th 2007

The corporation said also that it cannot guarantee the delivery of mail before Christmas Day if posted after the dates stated.
