The company’s sponsorship comes under their ‘Champion’ brand of products and yesterday their marketing representative Harry Shempaltam handed over a cheque for an undisclosed sum to the NSBF which is being run by Street Solutions and Next Level Entertainment (NLE) in collaboration with the National Sports Commission (NSC).

This is second time that the Beharry Company has thrown its support to the event which they believe will foster development in the game of basketball and also change the lives of the young persons who would be competing.

NLE representative Jamaal Douglas was on hand and he expressed the organisation’s appreciation for Beharry’s timely gesture in supporting the competition since, he noted, it would only do well for the youths of tomorrow. (Rawle Toney)
