Former national champion Norman Madhoo won tow of three categories of the Lake Mainstay Resort Darts Tournament on Sunday at Granny’s Sports Bar, Market Street, Better Hope.
Madhoo won the Open Singles and Double titles while losing singles finalist Anil Latchman teamed up with Bryan James to win the “Draw Doubles”.
The pair defeated Madhoo and Taziar Yusuf with a “Double Bull”.
In the “Open Doubles” Madhoo teamed up with former national table tennis champion Colin France to dispose of Sherwyn Greene and Christopher Amyan.
Both pairs were convincing in their semifinal victories over Ronald Amyan and Anil Persaud and Richard Madhoo and Mark Persaud respectively.
The presentation of prizes was done immediately after the tournament by a representative of the sponsors.
