I was blown away to read in last Sunday’s newspaper that one Guyanese-owned airline has more than 15 aircraft, operates four hangars and that there are as many as five pilots in one family!
My warmest congratulations to Mr. Yacoob Ally whom I have known as a youngster flying from Skull Point.
I hope the Government and the Airport Authority recognize and record this outstanding achievement and allow his company to grow even more.
He is doing a fantastic job in helping out miners and ordinary folk who live in remote areas.
