Police say that at about 1800h yesterday, the driver of motor car PPP 923 was proceeding along the roadway at Mahdia, when he lost control of the vehicle which crashed and turned turtle.
Michael France, 60 years, of 111 Miles, Potaro, who was a passenger in the car, suffered injuries and was pronounced dead on arrival at the Mahdia Hospital.
The driver is in custody assisting with the investigations.
