Donald Sinclair, Managing Director of Flex Night Inc, stated that they are not only concerned with sourcing the equipment, but also the management system. He said the initiative was in keeping with Flex Night’s commitment to expand the opportunity for all groups to enjoy the benefits of bodybuilding health and fitness.

Training, he said, will be provided by Flex Night Inc over the course of the next two months.

Director of Prisons Dale Erskine congratulated Flex Night for its bold move saying it came at the right time. He said he hoped the initiative would attract other corporate groups who would want to contribute to the prison.
CEO of Demerara Mutual Life Keith Cholmondeley stressed that it was not a process which had to do with just building a gym, but one that would improve the well-being of the inmates.
