Bangladesh’s run chase suffered an early setback after they lost three wickets with only 21 runs on the board.

Wicket-keeper batsman Prosenjit Dash stroked 73 off 82 balls in an effort to revive the run chase but the home side failed to recover from the early damage and was bowled out in 38.2 overs for 149.

West Indies right-arm spinner Ramaal Lewis bagged three wickets while Jerome Jones took two.

The first match of the seven-game youth ODIs series will take place tomorrow.

Bangladesh Under 19s defeated West Indies Under 19s 4-3 in a seven game series in the Caribbean earlier this year.
