Sophia, Lodge headlining Grassroots knock-out tourney

A keenly anticipated match-up between Sophia and Lodge will be the feature showdown when the first annual Grassroots Foundation Inter-ward Knockout Football Tournament continues today at the Georgetown Football Club ground.

In the feature match set for 9pm, Sophia led by the quartet of Shemroy Arthur, Sheik Kamal, Joshua Kamal and Delroy Dean will tackle Lodge and their foursome of Clifford Jones, Linden Bacchus, Delon Legall and Neal Thompson.

The opening fixture at 7pm will see Alexander Village led by the trio of Shem Porter, Delon Williams and Quincy Bourne facing off against the Nigel Denny led Kingston outfit.
