Senior Superintendents Clifton Hicken and Leslie James have been elevated to the position of Assistant Commissioner of Police.
Together with C Chapman, who has also been appointed Assistant Commissioner, they lead the police promotions list. Hicken is presently the head of `A’ Division and James is the Crime Chief.
Eight persons have been elevated to Senior Superintendent. These are R. Andreis-Junor, R. Budhram, E. Watts, C. Brutus, S. Mansell, R. Das, W. Blanhum and L. Denny
