Dear Editor,
The Soesdyke/ Coverden Neighbourhood Democratic Council through its Chairman Mr Aaron Grant-Stuart placed a disposal bin at the northern end of Soesdyke with the concurrence of the Overseer. The residents of North Soesdyke were having issues pertaining to the disposal of their garbage until the intervention of the Chairman. However it is alleged that the Overseer has removed the bin and placed it in front of the NDC office in Soesdyke.
Editor, Because of the removal of the bin, residents now dump their garbage, which includes disposable diapers at the same location where the bin was once stationed. This situation is not only an eyesore but an environmental hazard. The scavengers make a mess of this garbage and the unfortunate situation is that I have to pass there several times a day. This thing is disgusting as it turn up my insides when I have to pass. Can someone please help?
