Bandits on Wednesday robbed a woman of cash and jewellery when they stuck-up the Cool Square Beer Garden.
According to a police statement, at about 12.45pm, two men, one of whom was armed with a gun, stuck up 20-year-old Tonisha Edwards, a supervisor at the West Ruimveldt hang-out spot.
Investigations have so far revealed that Edwards was on duty when the men entered the premises, held up and robbed her of a quantity of gold jewellery and other articles and an undisclosed amount of money, then made good their escape. Investi-gations are continuing.
