President Bharrat Jagdeo on Tuesday swore-in Public Service Commission (PSC) Chairman Ganga Persaud as the fifth member of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).
According to a Govern-ment Information Agency (GINA) press release Persaud joins a complement of JSC members including Acting Chancellor of the Judiciary, Justice Carl Singh, Acting Chief Justice, Ian Chang, Justice Prem Persaud and Senior Counsel Brynmor Pollard. The four were sworn-in on December 10.
The ceremony was hosted at the Office of the President.
