Many changes expected – Sharma

Leader of the Justice for All Party (JFAP), CN Sharma, is calling on all Guyanese to come together and pray for the betterment of the nation for the New Year.

Sharma in his New Year message noted that 2008 will see many changes locally as house-to-house registration is expected to get started in the first week of this month, leading up to the local government election. Also expected he said is the national budget and a review of the Value Added Tax (VAT). The party leader said last year was filled with changes that have affected persons both locally and internationally and he hopes that this year be a better one for the entire nation.
