Dear Editor,
I received a very strange and disturbing letter on December 28, 2007 from the Office of the Regional Democratic Council, Region 6, dated, December 11, 2007 and signed by Shelton Daniels, the Principal Personnel Officer, for the Regional Executive Officer [copy provided]. It was delivered at 17:40 hours by one of the sweepers/cleaners of my school. The letter states, “I have received a report from the Department of Education, Region #6, which indicates that you have been attending the University of Guyana, Tain Campus, without an official release from the Ministry of Education
