Dear Editor,
I noted with great interest the explanation of an incident by my most Honourable Minister Kellawan Lall, in the media.
I wish to congratulate him – first on saying something albeit six weeks after the occurrence.
Second, I hope he has no objection if I recommend him for a Guyana Literary Prize, for the year’s best story.
He deserves our highest commendation, and a Happy New Year.
