Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 27-year-old Sophia resident, who went to visit a friend at Linden and died at the hospital after complaining of feeling unwell.
Dead is Oswald Knights of Sophia. In a press statement, police said investigations revealed that on Tuesday Knights went to visit a friend at Amelia’s Ward, Linden and later complained of feeling unwell. He was taken to the McKenzie Hospital at about 1:30 am yesterday where he died while receiving medical attention.
The body is at the McKenzie Hospital awaiting a post-mortem examination, police said.
