It seems as though Guyana is going full steam ahead with the Mashramani celebrations while the country is still reeling from the recent shock over the Lusignan tragedy.
As a respect to those who lost their loved ones and are mourning their death what can people bring to the street festivity?
It’s interesting to see how well this will play out with the people.
