Dear Editor,
The recent blitz involving the demonisation of persons as well as the “distortion” of the views and positions of non-government personalities on NNCN, the Non-National publicly owned Network, was disgusting,offensive, and vulgarly partisan. Opinions expressed during the blitzkrieg raise to my mind a fundamental issue, and it is this: Is agreement to engage in dialogue and consultations with citizens and their organisations a reward for “good” behaviour or is it a requirement of our “restored” democracy.?
