A nineteen-year-old man was yesterday brought before the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and a live round.
Dwight Clark of 910 Rosemary Lane (Tiger Bay) Georgetown pleaded not guilty to both charges when they were read to him by Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton.
It is alleged that on March 1 Clark had in his possession one firearm and a matching live round without being the holder of a licence for the said items.
Clark was remanded to prison and the matter will continue on May 14 in Court Five.
