A man is in police custody following a search of a camp at Itabu, Berbice River that unearthed an unlicensed gun on Sunday.
Police, in a press release, said that about 7.30 am on Sunday, members of a police patrol conducted a search on the camp at Itabu, Berbice River and an unlicensed Mosberg 12 gauge shotgun was found.
A man was arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations, the release said.
