I extend hearty congratulations to the very promising Guyana Defence Force and West Point Cadet, Cedric A Fraser, who has over the years proven his prowess not only academically but athletically.
Cadet Fraser has earned the right to make West Point and Guyana sports history at the 2008 Nationals Boxing Collegiate Championships in Reno, Nevada from April 11-13. Cadet Fraser and eleven West Point Boxers will attempt to win the prestigious academy’s first team national championship-an award that has slipped the academy by a couple of points for the past two years.
All of Guyana and the GDF should be proud of Cadet Fraser as he attempts to bring glory to West Point.
