Chairman of the Police Complaints Authority Cecil Kennard will be addressing residents at Leguan, Essequibo River tomorrow.
Kennard will be at the secondary sool at Enterprise from 11 am to address the public and policing groups.
Persons with grievances against members of the Guyana Police Force will also be given an opportunity to lodge their complaints.
